Carla Davy

Kildare South

About Me

Hello, my name is Carla Davy.
I live in Newbridge, Co. Kildare but I’m originally from the Liberties.
I’m a proud Irish mother of two sons aged 24 and 17.
One of my biggest motivators for getting involved in politics is the complete lack of opportunities our nation’s young people our now faced with.
Having lost one of my own sons to emigration due to the zero prospects available for him to make a life here, I have come to understand that the Ireland that I grew up in, where we had at the very least respect for ourselves as a nation, is not the Ireland my children will ever get to enjoy.
Young people are despairing of hope in modern Ireland. Ownership of a home is a laughable fantasy, wages are being depressed by endless streams of mass immigration, and our streets only continue to get more and more dangerous.
I grew up in the heart of the 1980’s heroin epidemic that gripped Dublin and Ireland as a whole and I saw things no child should see. These experiences have affected my perspective on life, its value and how easily it can be ruined or taken away in an instant.
As a mother, I would be a coward if I didn’t stand up for what I believe was in the best interests of my children and all the children of the Irish nation.
I believe that Ireland needs change.
We need to replace our corrupt politicians before they replace us.
We need Nationalists in power.
We need the National Alliance.

Why I'm Standing

All my life the Irish working class have been an overlooked and ignored afterthought of the regime in this country.
We are now being drawn into conflict with nearly every immigrant group in the world by this government’s open borders policy of dumping fraudulant asylum seekers on every community in Ireland, from the smallest bótharín to the largest cities.
In these circumstances, every economic class must now seek to overcome our divisions and to seek out what unites us – our shared Irish heritage and our proud common history.
We are Irish. This is our home. And we won’t give it up without a fight.

Local Issues

I would absolutely push for the closure of all DP centres in Kildare South until all failed asylum seekers are deported, along with all asylum seekers with criminal convictions, as well as any asylum seekers who returns to their home country on holiday.
I am a strong supporter of the policy of remigration.
We also need to bring back our exiled doctors, nurses and teachers who have left Ireland due to the low pay on offer as a direct result of mass immigration depressing national wages.
Housing – We need more private and social housing for the Irish people. We need to get Irish people off the streets and families out of the emergency hotels.
Address the supply AND the demand!
